We process and prepare foundry grade stainless steel as:

Special alloy scraps; Inco alloy , Waspalloy, Hastelloy, Rene, Multimet, Titanium, Wolfram, Cobalt, Niobium, Vanadium, Molybdenum, Duplex ets.

Tableware punching scraps are AISI 304 and AISI 430 grade scrap comes from spoon, fork-knife production. Depending on customer requirements it is packed in steel boxes or in jumbo bags. It is taken extra care to make sure material is clean on surface and free from any contamination.

Production scrap comes from plasma cutting and CNC laser cutting. Most common grades are AISI 316, AISI 310 (25-20), AISI 304, AISI 430. Depending on customer requirements it is cut into sizes and packed in steel boxes or on securely strapped wooden pallets. We make sure it is clean on surface and free from any other grade and contamination. It is checked piece by piece by Niton analyzer and if required it is analyzed in laboratory for full chemical composition.

In our facility we use 30 x 30 x 20 – 50 cm baling machine and we bale AISI 430 and AISI 304 grade thin production scrap. Depending on requirement we supply loose or securely strapped on wooden pallets. Baling machine capacity per day is 25 tons
